Facilitated rapid process improvement workshops that resulted in significant wait time reductions and benchmark compliance in medical imaging (CT, MRI, and interventional radiology).

Led the development of required organizational practice (ROP) standards for Patient Flow across all regional hospitals. Accreditation Canada later commended the organization for achieving excellence in patient flow systems.
